About:
“Paradise” was inspired by a breathtaking photo of a hibiscus flower. I wanted to interpret the image into my style of painting, therefore “Paradise” was born. The tropics hold a special place in my heart, especially Hawaii as I lived there for a few months as part of YWAM (Youth With A Mission) before making my way to Papua New Guinea. Both those places and the people I met in them changed my life. God met me there in a way I never even imagined. That time of my life feels almost like a honeymoon with Jesus. My hope is when you see this painting you get a fresh breeze, feel inspired, and refreshed to take on the next adventure that awaits you. Sometimes all we have to do is jump and we’ll find ourselves on a new adventure that leads us to paradise.
